Realtors who are members of the South Central Kansas Multiple Listing service share listing information, and share the listing fee with each other. When a home owner lists a their home for sale with ArkValley Real Estate, and another company's agent brings a buyer, that agent's company shares the listing fee. The amount is negotiated at the time the home owner signs a listing agreement. This cooperation broadens the scope of sales agents equal to the number of SCKMLS selling members.
